Steve founded Orostream in 1982 and subsequently, Orostream International Contracts (OSi) in 1997. Steve brings decades of expertise as both a project manager and M&E engineer.

His unique blend of technical knowledge and leadership experience enables him to expertly navigate the complexities of project execution, ensuring every OSi project is delivered with precision and care.

Actively involved in every aspect of the business, Steve’s hands-on approach fosters strong connections with both his team and clients, driving excellence at every stage.

Tim brings extensive expertise in estimating, project planning, and the successful delivery of complex projects.

Since joining Orostream in 1987, he has been instrumental in managing Foreign and Commonwealth Development Office (FCDO) projects around the globe. From the early 1990s onwards, Tim has shown outstanding adaptability and leadership in diverse and often challenging environments across multiple regions.

A specialist in project logistics and supply chain management, he ensures seamless operations from inception to completion.

Matt plays a key role in managing the day-to-day operations of OSi’s projects, with a strong focus on overseas work.

His responsibilities span client liaison, contract management, health and safety, planning, programming, and procurement.

With over two decades of industry experience, Matt combines extensive knowledge with a practical background—having started his career as a carpenter and builder—alongside a Higher National Certificate in Construction Management.

Beyond work, he enjoys travelling, sports, keeping fit, and spending quality time with his family.

Sean is a highly experienced project manager who expertly manages multiple projects both in the UK and overseas.

Known for his exceptional skills in planning, directing, and coordinating high-security projects, Sean brings a calm, decisive leadership style that drives success even in the most complex environments.

One of his standout achievements was leading a high-profile project for the Department for International Development HQ in Central London. Sean was deeply involved at every stage—from pricing and tender preparation to hands-on site management—ensuring the project was delivered on time and to the highest standards. Outside work, Sean enjoys cricket, supporting his daughters’ sports, and renovating the family home.

Michael joined OSi as a Project Manager in 2021, bringing a strong technical background as a trained electrician and former owner of an electrical contracting company.

His diverse skill set covers project management, procurement, scheduling, supply chain logistics, programming, estimating, negotiation, and subcontractor oversight.

Michael has successfully delivered projects across a range of challenging locations, including Serbia, Chad, Namibia, Mozambique, and Tajikistan. Outside of work, Michael enjoys hiking, playing and watching rugby, going to the gym, cooking, and spending quality time with his family.

Max has been a key member of the OSi team for several years, contributing not only as a project manager but also as a vital source of design support.

With a background as a CAD technician, Max uniquely bridges the gap between project management and technical design, providing valuable input from pre-construction through to project handover.

Outside of work, Max enjoys spending quality time with his family and is an enthusiastic swimmer.

A Chartered Member of the Royal Institute of British Architects, Vince brings a wealth of expertise to his role as Project Manager.

His skills cover subcontracting, negotiation, construction management, and end-to-end project delivery.

Since joining OSi in 2012, he has led an impressive range of international projects—from office fit-outs and seismic retrofit programmes to the refurbishment and construction of British Embassies and the delivery of security upgrade contracts.

Outside of work, Vince enjoys football, fishing, and a good game of chess.

Ben joined OSi in late 2024, previously working as a Mechanical Engineer in the Pharmaceutical, Oil & Gas, Nuclear and MEP/Construction industries.

He has over 20 years of project management experience in HVAC manufacturing, supply chain management, construction and commissioning, and serving clients globally.

Ben brings extensive knowledge of mechanical systems and technical support to the company. Outside of work, Ben enjoys spending time with his children and socialising with friends and family.

Felipe brings over 20 years of quantity surveying experience to OSi, where he has been managing project costs since joining in 2021.

Known for his keen eye in identifying cost-saving opportunities, Felipe oversees budgeting and financial control on projects both in the UK and internationally.

His recent work includes successful projects in London, Cameroon, Chad, Singapore, and Mexico.

Outside of work, Felipe is a passionate motorsports and football fan who enjoys dining out with friends and family.

Allyn joined OSi in 2017 and is a qualified AssocRICS professional. He has quickly become a vital part of the team, bringing strong technical expertise, valuable experience, and sharp problem-solving skills.

Allyn has extensive experience managing international contracts, often working at remote overseas embassies and government sites.

His diverse portfolio includes major projects such as a £10 million development in Kathmandu and an £8 million contract in Bangkok.

Outside of work, Allyn and his wife enjoy participating in multi-genre dance events, and he is also a passionate sports fan.

Ade is a highly skilled Project Planner with over two decades of expertise in planning and scheduling.

He has extensive experience delivering project plans for multiple projects under NEC3 and NEC4 contracts.

Ade plays a key role in supporting our project managers – developing and maintaining programmes for client submissions, identifying opportunities, flagging early warnings, and implementing compensation events.

Beyond work, he enjoys quality time with family and friends.

Volodymyr has been a valued member of the OSI team for several years, bringing technical expertise and hands-on experience to every project.

While working at OSI, he successfully studied for and earned an HNC in Construction with distinction, and he is now continuing to advance his professional development through PRINCE2 and NEBOSH certifications.

Proficient in AutoCAD and full of innovative ideas, Volodymyr thrives both in the office and on-site, always ready to support colleagues and tackle challenges.

Outside work, he enjoys active sports—particularly football—while family time remains his top priority.

Stuart is a highly experienced Site Manager with over two decades at OSi and holds an SMSTS qualification.

Renowned for his forward-thinking approach, Stuart ensures the right trades and materials are always on site at the right time, keeping projects running smoothly.

He is a highly valued member of the team, recently contributing to overseas projects in South Korea, Montserrat, Hong Kong, and Ankara. A passionate sports enthusiast, Stuart continues to play in the over-40 football league and enjoys a round of golf in his spare time.

Daren brings over 30 years of experience in carpentry, having worked closely with OSi for many years before joining full-time in 2016.

SSSTS qualified, he serves as a working carpenter foreman, managing a wide range of projects in the UK and overseas, including work in London, St Vincent, and Jeddah.

Outside of work, Daren enjoys family time, running with the ‘Henfield Joggers’, and the occasional round of golf with his daughter.

Sharon is the heart of OSi’s operations and has been a dedicated member of the team since she started in 2000. She expertly manages the office to ensure everything runs seamlessly across our global projects.

With responsibility for accounts, administration, and security vetting, she keeps our team organised and compliant.

Sharon also coordinates all overseas travel arrangements—from flights and accommodation to visas – supporting our people as they work on projects all around the world.

A passionate football fan, Sharon supports Fulham and holds a season ticket, regularly attending matches with her family.

Linda’s journey with OSi is a true testament to dedication and growth. She first joined the company in 1988 as the office cleaner, laying the foundation for a long and valued relationship.

As her children grew and started secondary school, Linda transitioned into a part-time project support role, gradually taking on more responsibilities.

She has now been working full-time in this role for many years, playing a pivotal part in managing accounts and logistics—essential to keeping OSi running smoothly every day. Linda also has a fascinating hobby as a miniaturist. For those unfamiliar with the term, she has four dollhouses at home, which she decorates and fills with lovely things!

Teresa joined OSi in early 2024, where she leads the preparation and submission of tenders while providing valuable project support.

Before joining OSi, Teresa gained over twenty years of experience in the construction industry, with a large proportion of that time spent in pre-construction.

A lover of the outdoors, Teresa enjoys countryside walks, and she’s also passionate about all things creative, from visiting art galleries and exhibitions to making her own pottery.

Bruno is the self-appointed Head of Canine Operations of the office, with a big bark, a commanding presence, and an unshakable belief that he’s the alpha — especially when it comes to keeping Milo in line.

In the prime of his canine career, he is a frequent visitor to the OSi offices, generally lounging around while keeping a lookout for any opportunity that might lead to a tasty dog treat.

In his spare time, he likes barking at squirrels, cats, and all birds that cross his path. He also has a particular loathing of anyone wearing a high-vis jacket — possibly just another tactic to assert his authority.

At 8 years old, Milo brings a wealth of life experience to the OSi team — and a calm patience that comes in handy when navigating Bruno’s bossy antics. Known for stealing the show (and occasionally your shoes), Milo is equally skilled at gentle diplomacy and strategic mischief.

During office hours, he doubles as the official floor cleaner, and at home he keeps up the good work when the mini-humans are eating — making sure no crumb goes unclaimed.

He also enjoys tripping up unsuspecting two-leggers, all part of his subtle strategy to remind Bruno that the top spot might not be his alone.
